The Arcadia Youth Association is proud to be able to present a scholarship program to further support young adults within the Arcadia Community.
The Arcadia Youth Association (AYA) awards a $500 scholarship annually to two (2) graduating high school
seniors from the Arcadia School District who demonstrate discipline and teamwork through participation in
youth and high school athletics.
The AYA Scholarship is open to Arcadia School District seniors that have participated at least 1 year in Arcadia
Youth Association programs AND 4 years of a High School athletic program. Applicants must be enrolled in the
Arcadia School District and must be graduating with this year’s high school class and have plans to pursue a
continued education, including, but not limited to: bachelor degree program, associated degree program,
professional certification, or other formal training course program. Applicants must also demonstrate their
continued support of Arcadia Youth Association programs.
Applicants are required to submit the application form to include the following information:1. Scholastic Achievements
2. Co-Curricular Accomplishments
3. Financial Need
4. Career Goals

All applicants are reviewed by the current Arcadia Youth Association board of directors and will be selected by
April 30th.
Scholarships will be announced at the annual awards banquet in May.
Funds will be distributed within 8 months of the award, directly to the recipient, after a transcript for first
semester and proof of enrollment in the second semester is provided to the
